I upgraded on line with Vodacom, and selected incorrect pack i was on already.... i am on the 200s but selected the 150 pack... don't want to downgrade my pack just looking at getting new cell phone ......
Upgrade call center cant help me and there managers don't take calls ... and staff keep putting phone down on me.... Call center want me to call back next day..... WHY the .... wood have been easier just to go into a vodacom shop, getting NO JOY online or call center.
What kind of service is this that Managers don't talk to customer, Really!!!
