I have a contract ith 8TA (sic) and after 3 months, my data has been "" twice.
Initially when I got the contract, 300meg just dissappeared. After numerious nqueries and lots of explinations, I got nothing back. I was even told to switch off the data at night to prevent data being used.
I did this but July I still has 1, 5 weeks without data.This also happened to another user on the same company contract.
On 1st August I receive3d my data at 00h10. When I got up at around 06h00 and switched my phone data on, I had had 99 meg left!!!! That means that 301meg just dissappeared.
Our contarct contact person is Leena Naicker but when I sent an email this mornimng, she is on leave!!!!
Phoniong the call centre is useless as they say they will get back to you but never do. Trying to find the correct person to assist is also a problem. I was transferred to 4 different people and ended up back with the original person.. There is also supposed to be a free 8TA to 8TA phones but this is also a as I tested it out.
I have seen a lot of copmplaints regarding the same loss of data on Hello Peter
