I recently (12July2013) took out a contract with cell c after having previously being with another service provider for 5 years, i decided to join cell c as they offered the best deals with regards to contracts. Little did i know that service and offerings with cell c end there.
Upon recieving my phone and porting my number i have faced endless problems with cellc, I have extremly poor connection to 3g both at work and at home. I therefore have no use for my phone and for the 1gig of data i recieve as part of my deal as i am unable to use it. I am highly dissapointed in the customer service provided by Cell c. I have complained on various occasions all resulting in me filling out a network fault logging form, of which no feedback has been provided! My problem is still not resolved and my frustration keeps growing. I even went so far as to request contact from cell c via the website, not surprisingly i was not contacted. As a new customer to cell c i am not at all impressed and deeply regret joining cell c.
Please can somebody who is competent and able to provide a solution contact me.
