So after my last complaint on hellepeter dated - 09:55 Fri 5 Jul. I called back today 1 August. Just to see if everything was now in order, as i see i wasn't charged any data on my bill
9this being because i don't use all my airtime).

Apparently after they turned my data off, they eventually turned it back on after 14 days of having no internet. Now i am told that the request for my data bundle failed on mtn's side. So yet again I have been using data at the full rate (unkowingly). Again I have to wait 24hrs for the data bundle to be activated. I'm guessing they will most likely turn my data off again. Is it rocket science to activate a data bundle?

If it is turned off i will just cancel the contract, pay for the phone, and be done. After being a client for over 10 years. Ridiculous.

The most awesome part is that i get to pay 50% of another phonecall to autopage, who i have had to call over 20 times to activate a data bundle.
