I took out a contract with Cell C in May and cancelled it a few days, the phone was picked up and everything was ok until the end of June my account was debited, I phoned the accounts and they said the contract wasn't cancelled and that the have done so and the money would be returned, I've since called back 3 times to find out when the money would be returned with no joy and this morning I seen that my account has been debited again for this cancelled contract.
Can someone who actually knows what is going at Cell C please call me and sort this out.
