My husband has been a loyal client of cell c for more than four years. About a year ago we had trouble with his simcard. We phoned cell c they did not help. The phone was left at home and got stollen in a hose still cell c did not help. We paid all that time so we canselled one of the two contracts. From that time witch is almost three months ago I tried to get cell c to switch the numbers between the contracts but no luck. I phoned so many times went on face book and finally went in to a cell c store and Cancelled this contract due to exstremely bad service. When Cell c told me I still have to pay even thou I am not able to use the contract thanks to cell c. I am fed up They took money out of my account three times this month for a canselled contract I see that as. I would love it if a manager from cell c phone me.
