I enquired why my account went up from R409. per month to R468. I was told that my contract had expired last month and as I have not as yet renewed it - I will get charged extra for certain promotional items like itemised billing.(?) until it is renewed!! This amounts to badgering a customer! I never received itemised billing in the first place and do not want that or any other add-ons that I don't want to pay for! This is unprofessional business! I think I should go to another service provider...!
