I bought a Samsung Galaxy S4 from cell C recently on a 100 contract. Since then, my cellphone has been dropping calls, I only receive an sms to say I had a call but my phone has full signal. My internet has the same story, Full Signal but not able to download unless it stays full, can't browse the internet while moving at all, if I have half strength signal I NEVER can get on the internet. Please either fix the problem or cancel my contract so I can go back to Vodacom. Seriously, I live in a high Cell C signal area and am unable to use the data I'm being given, this is very poor and needs to be looked at. Hopefully when someone decides to phone me I get the call, if not you know why.
