I have plugged in my Cell C modem into my laptop, the program (software to operate the modem) opens fine, and I can connect. After clicking the "connect" button, it shows that I have a connection, with an HSDPA signal, and it indicates a very strong signal as well. The problem is that I still cannot connect to the internet and receive emails.
I have also inserted the SIM card into my tablet, and once again, there is no internet connection. What could this problem be? I have over 2GB's of data available each month to use and I cannot use this date bundle!!
Please try and resolve this issue, as you are debiting my account each month for the data that I receive, and this is unfair that I cannot connect to internet services.
