Two issues resolved by friendly staff

On 20/7/2013 I called Vodacom regarding an issue with my billing. A call was logged with the back office and today I was notified that my issue was resolved and the money would be credited to me. Yesterday I had a different query regarding data usage which was also resolved today. I would just like to say thank you to all the people at Vodacom Customer Care who handed these two cases as everyone was incredibly friendly and professional. Unfortunately I don't have everyone's names but perhaps you check under my cell phone number (0761836727) and see who handled these queries. I am extremely impressed with Vodacom's service
