Upgrade Early - NO???

I have been a proper loyal customer to Vodacom - My current phone on the contract - damaged beyond repair. I upgrade on the 1st November 2013. 3 months away. Vodacom will not allow me to upgrade early. 3 months? The funny thing is i said i would pay in advance or add the 3 months to the next upgrade date. Why can they not do this for me? Where is the logic? Oh and because i dont spend R800 per month on my contract bill, i do not qualify for a premature upgrade too. Sorry that i dont earn that much to spend that much on a contract bill each month!! Discrimination much?! Then to cancel the contract (7 months remainder - I must pay R2075.00 and thats including the 25% discount HAHA)... SERIOUSLY? I really love the other services on the network. Great call network, fast internet speeds. Good offers. But i am very disappointed. Beyond disappointed. I am actually considering moving to MTN. Or even Cell C.
