Customer service is not one of the best things Cell C is distinguishing themselves on. After engaging with Ayanda on how to resolve my problem, we decided that I will use one of my existing numbers rather than use the Cell C number. I asked Ayanda to give me the weekend to think about it and she agreed to call me on Monday. It is Tuesday and I tried calling her on her number (no response and does not even give you ways to leave a message. They simply hang up)
