Failing to follow customers instruction!!!

I went to vodacom and spoke to Bheki regarding the account that they are debiting my account from, I wanted the debit order to go off my new cheque account and not my savings account it was never changed, so May, i went into my bank to deposit the money into the account because I got this stupid system call asking me when will I pay my monthly bill... Frustrated!!! They got all these silly instructions regarding when the debit order will take place and Bheki also said that it might not go through 'THEYDONOTPROCESSONTIME" went back to my bank last month and requested a debit order switch - which wasnt done but i will also be laying a formal complaint regarding that matter. I called on the 24thJuly (my debit order didnt go through on the 20th as per instructions i provided to vodacom and the bank), I spoke to another consultant from Vodacom Customer care - Chanell Davids - resub was provided for the 26thJuly - and it was never done. I went into the bank on the 27th- deposited the payment and on the 30thJuly this morning, they debit from the cheque acc WHICH IS NOW OVERDRAWN and NOW I HAVE TO PAY THE BANK FOR A STUPID INSTR THAT VODACOM IS FAILING TO FOLLOW!!! NOT HAPPY!!!
