After being with another service provider for 5 years, i was convinced by a friend to take the cell c contract which offered the samsung s4 on a R399 Per month contract as it was by far the best offer with regards to the samsung s4. After carefull thought i decided to go ahead and join cell c and on the 13 July 2013. I went ahead and took out a contract and ported my number from another service provider.
A week went by and i soon realised i had potetnially made a mistake, my cocern was the poor reception and slow connectivity on 3g i was facing while using my new phone at work (Isando area). I immedietly contacted cellc to enquire a possible reason for this, cell c informed that the problem was temporary.
two weeks have gone by and nothing has improved, this is highly frustrating as i was tempted into joining cellc by there superior contract offer but i now find myself in a position of having a great phone with adaquate data bundles at disposable but no connectivity to use the phone or data bundle.
I am sorry to say but i deeply regret joining cell c. i advise people to check the cell c connection in an area before taking out a contract. muhammed
