Paid my Bill, but Telkom can't Trace it??

On the 9th of July I paid my Telkom Bill at Telkom Direct, they were unable to trace the payment, despite me providing a proof of payment, so it is currently in dispute. I am today going to the Telkom Direct store to try and trace that payment with them.

I have spoken to VVM consultants maybe 15 times already, and I have explained the situation to them every time, and every time they have said that they would list it as a dispute and then the next day another consultant phones me back to ask the same thing.

Clearly there is an error somewhere as my telephone still works perfectly fine.

This whole thing is grossly unfair, as I have made payment over a month ago and I am trying to resolve the issue but Telkom and VVM are making it impossible for me. I now have an sms from VVM threatening to affect my credit rating with the Bureau in the next day!!

Please can someone just halt the process so I can resolve the issue at Telkom Direct? Or can Telkom please phone the Telkom Direct in Adderley street and try the payment with the details I given them?

Why are you making it impossible for me to pay my bill? I can't even make my payments online, despite several requests. Please help!!
