Good day Laureen,
I have assisted you with the matter when you logged a complaint on Hello Peter. I did log a TT for the discounts to be loaded and it was confirmed to me that the discounts were loaded but that did not resolve the problem. Can I suggest that I prepare a credit for BIS for the months that are remaining on the contracts as a resolution to the problem. I apologise for the inconvenience caused on behalf of Cell C.
