Telkom False Advertising. Website Misleading=

I am a happy 4mb dial-up internet user at Telkom and Mweb. I decided to stay at Telkom cause if your line rental and data package is at Telkom the less hassle you have of sorting a problem out the day you need tophone them when there is a problem. Anyway I recently upgraded my package to a 10mb line rental at Telkom and a 10mb data adsl package at Mweb. The reason why the data package is at Mweb is that they gave me the adsl dialup which I am happy with a constant 8mb - 9.5mb line speed. Now I wanted to do the same at TELKOM but it seems that if you are on a 4mb data and line package you dont have to pay anything extra for an upgrade to 10mb BUT they cannot guarantee you a 10mb download speed. Now my question is why do they advertise a 10mb line and data rental on their website for more expensive than a 4mb package when you are suppose to be getting the 10mb package regardless of your line sync speed. I have spoken to a consultant 10mins ago and he advised me the same principal. Yet I asked him why can MWEB do it and it's an immediate upgrade to 10mb paying less than TELKOM'S so called 4mb/10mb is the same thing kind of attitude. Telkom you can be glad that you own the monopoly market. FU
