I am Really disappointed in the service of Nashua Mobile
I Got a new iphone 5 in January from them on my contract
My phone was working perfectly when i dropped it and the screen cracked

Please note the following
1.My phone was working perfectly well with the cracked screen
2. i just felt its a nice phone i may as well replace the screen
3.I sent the phone in and they told me we will quote you on the screen
4. i got a crazy quote of R4800, 00 for the screen, i even remarked i could buy a new phone for that money
5.My big mistake was telling them to fix it.
6. it took them over 5 weeks to get it fixed, when i finally got my phone back the following was not working
i could not receive calls as everyone said the phone was off while i sat there and looked at the phone powered up with full signal strength i dialled my phone and sure enough it went straight to voice mail
then i make a call and it goes through but the voice on the other end was so feint i could hardly hear
suppose they sent the phone to someone who has no idea how to fix the phone at the cheapest price then rip the customer of and charge them the maximum . i took the phone back to them and now no phone.
