OVER CHARGING AND STILL NO REFUND

In 2011 I took out a contract with MTN for a Blackberry Torch. There was a problem with the phone within a few days of me having a phone, i returned the phone cancelled the Blackberry Torch Contract and took a contract for a Blackberry Bold. MTN charged me for at the Blackbery Torch contract rate instead of the Blackberry Bold contract rate for months before recifying it after many phone calls. Furthermore I have not received a refund to date for the overcharge despite countless phone calls and visits to the branch. This contract was up for renewal in March this year, I did not upgrade on time because I was away on overseas business. However MTN has been charging me more than my original contract rate since. I phoned the MTN Customer Service, they said I would be refunded within 10 days. This has not happened. I even went to an MTN branch for help, still no help or even a follow up. I also have a 3G MTN contract, MTN is charging me an amount of R60 extra pm because they say that I subscribed to a site, I did not subscribe to the site but requested that it be cancelled both via the MTN Customer Helpline and at an MTN branch. This has not been sorted out in over 2 months.
