Contract package changed without my permission

I took out a contract with Cell C via a sales call. I was paying R 99 all along then toward the end of my contract the deal was changed to R179.00 and no one noti me of such. I called Cell C to enquire, I was told that that's how it should be. I left it as it was. Sent an e-mail to cell c customer services, enquiring about the payments and the maturity of the actual contract. I got a response confirming that my contract has reached its expiry date.

End of Jan 2013 I got an sms from my bank informing me about an amount of R179.00 debited from ny account. Went to the bank then reversed it. Got a call the nextday from Cell C and the consultant told me that my acc is in areaseplained my story to the consultant and she said that she will get on it so all can be in good order. The next day my bank acc was debited again by cell c. Went to the bank and reversed the debit order.

I got a letter two days back the 23.07.13 and it said that there is an amount overdue on the cell c account.
The letter is dated May 2013, by this time my name might be black listed.
