BILLED INCORRECTLY

I took a laptop contract out at MTN. I signed for a 1 gig data bundle. For the first 4 months I only received 500 mb! The first month I used the 1 gig data that I should have gotten. But because of the mess with the contract they billed me for the 500mb that I used extra.

It has been 6 months going on the 7th. I have not yet received my money back not even credit on my bill. And I have not received the data that I did not receive for the 4 months.

MTN Tyger Valley has never given us bad service until now. They don't answer the phone or replay on emails there is no way to get in contact with them unless you go into the store!!
