After the numerous times that the MTNLOADED server went down last year & after your assurances that the prpblem would be rectified on a Permanent basis we once again are without email. Yesterday 21/1/13 the server was down for the entire day & only restored much later and now the server is down again.
Wht is more disturbing is that most of your call centre (1555) staff are unaware that the server is actually down until they are swamped with calls-what sort of communication is that???
Please MTN- DO SOMETHING TO SORT OUT THIS RIDICULOUS SITUATION
