I transferred and account into my name 3 months ago and have yet to receive a bill.
Then I get cut off so I call the call center, at the same time I log onto MyTelkom to see if I can find out if my account is linked. It isn't because I dont know the acc number because I have no bill.
The call center agent was stroppy and eventually I got that I have to pay and how to pay, inclduing the amount for the change of ownership. (so I pay even though they farked up the address and billing)
5 hours later, having paid and been put through to department after department I still have the incorrect address on MyTelkom and it cannot be changed and I am still not connected but I have to pay a connection fee.
Telkom you, I hate having to deal with your staff as most of them are rude, one or two are great and I feel for them that they have to face the music of unhappy customer after unhappy customer because telkom is so useless.
