I bought a cell-C Nokia modem at cell C cresta mall branch, I only used the modem for two-months and after that it was giving me problems and I went to the store with my laptop to check and troubleshoot the problem but still it didn't want to connect, and at the first place I wanted to buy huawei modem and the salesman called Nelson recommend Nokia modem and I told them to swap it for me with huawei modem but told me that they will send it for repairs, even now I'm still waiting for them and I have a contract with Cell C for R99.95 and I get 2gig per and now I'm just paying R99.95 for nothing because I can use the bundles because I don't have modem, I gave them the receipt, the packaging and the faulty modem and I bought the modem on february and I returned it on april I'm not getting the service. I bought the modem separatetly and I took the contract separately, so just because the product comes with one year warranty and I just used it for two months, I will need my money back or the modem get swapped coz now I'm paying for 2gig bundles but I can't use them because I don't have modem, and I didn't want the nokia modem but I wanted huawei modem, so please get back to me as soon a
