A Mtn direct consultant called me to upgrade my contract, new contract will be a new cell phone and reduce my monthly premuim. After a month i recevied my package by RTT, i received a box with the new cell phone and two new sim cards. I called Mtn Direct, i was told not activate the two sim cards as i will have another new contracts. The cell phone received was in sealed package, when opened, i found that there is no memory card, i googled and found that this cell phone comes with its on 32G memory card. MTN Direct is this kind off service provided to your clients or is this a SPAM to get clients to be in unwanted contract. MTN DIRECT catch a wake up!
