Being charged for no services

On the 29 May 2013 I applied for web hosting and transfer of my company's website from Mweb, I then cancelled it on the first week of June as Telkom was taking too long and the horrible part they cancelled all my services where my business was without access to the telephone emails and the internet for almost a day. I then got an email cancellation confirmation from Telkom Host master on the 12th June 2013 and that funds will be credited as I was already charged on the June invoice which is funny because my website was not yet transferred and the service was not yet up and running. To my horror, July's invoice came with the same charge and on top of that they added 3 charges for the normal 5G bundle which I'm not sure why? Telkom Host master department can't be contacted telephonically except by emails which they respond when they like as I'm still waiting for my two email queries that I sent. The accounts department asked me to cancel the service with Host master who confirmed my cancellation in June who are not responding to my emails and my problem is how do I re-cancel this service Telkom?
