This morning i realised i was left with R1 from the R112 that was left on monday the last time i checked.i then called the customer care line for contracts and the lady i was speaking to checked my bill and broke down how much i spent on calls and sms's which i get 25 of those from the contract agreement and i still have 6 of those left so they were not charged on the airtime as she made it seem. The only explanation she could give was that i used all my airtime on sms's excluding using social networks which do not charge a large amount of airtime, she then said they could send me a bill to check how i spent all that airtime and i said it was fine she cant send it but only on the 21st of august because thats when i receive my data. i do not agree on the calculations and i want to know exactly how i got to R1 from R112 when i last checked and re-imbursted if the fault is with mtn. the lady assured me that the system never . i would like to have my records and hers to see if they correspond.
