On the 30th of June '13 -my phone was strangely blacklisted, I went to Vodacom (Middleburg-Mpumalanga) branch were I filled in the forms to have the phone un-blacklisted, later on the 12th July'13 I was informed that I must submit the affidavit & copy of ID of which I did, within two days I received an sms from one of my other phone and was informed that my phone is fine, and yet when I check it was still blacklisted.

I have made quite a lot of calls to Vodacom, one person says is un-blocked and the following day when I call they tell me is blocked and I am told that they are still waiting for my affidavit of which I have faxed again!! and today 23rd July I contacted vodacom and they informed me that my phone is still blocked and I must fax affidavit and copy of ID still. What is problematic is that there is no direct number for customers to contact blacklisting department. What is irritating is that I am given a ref. number on every call of which they promise that they will call back & they never do, every call has a different person & a new story. I really am tired of this poor service.
