9 wks to receive a NO FAULT FOUND reply

On May 17th 2013, I took my laptop in to Autopage, as it was giving me an intermittent fault (faulty soundcard possibly). the laptop was sent away, & after 9 WEEKS & at least 3 visits/calls to Autopage, it returned with a "NO FAULT FOUND" attached, but that the repair agent (InfraSol) had attached a job card bearing "out of warranty"on it. now this wasn't the case when it was delivered to Autopage. In fact it still had over a month left on the warranty, & the job card also stated "quote required: YES". So firstly, 9 WEEKS to return a "NO FAULT FOUND" is ridiculous, & i have a dongle which is on contract WITH the laptop, for which a monthly installment is being charged, but i have had no laptop to use it on, so am I to be re-imbursed for non usage time (9weeks)? i find the service shocking. i use the laptop for work purposes, & have had to rely on others whilst mine has been in for "repairs (though seemingly not)".so what about the intermittent fault? it has not been repaired (i am fairly confident it is a motherboard/input/soundcard issue, which is covered under warranty. please help! kind regards Les Venter 0834699789 - c/o nicole Davenport. - I am her boyfriend
