Do they care to fix it? NO!

I am disgusted by vodacom's online upgrade and call center service. I upgraded 2 contracts and received both phones within 2 working days but neither was correct. 1 came with no cover and car charger as advertised and the other with no sim. I cancelled the phone that came with no sim as advised by the call center. A week later the phone has not been collected. The extra's offered on the other contract, car charger and cover was put on a back order and that I was suppose to get within the week but still nothing.
Quick to upgrade and take your money, please beware of online dealings with vodacom
