I changed to a shared hosting server in January already and was advised I would not lose any mail or experience downtime! Then when I tried to upload something last month on the website it would not work, I found out from them that it was because they had not updated the nameservers and the site was still pointing to the temporary site set up (since Jan to June). I called many times and never got an answer, eventually I sent an email and asked them to update it. They updated it last week and pretty much all my mail was lost! I sent an email enquiring and got a technical email that makes no sense! How about speaking in laymen's terms??? Eventually someone said they would help after I called and waited 10 minutes. They did something and said my emails should download, they never did, up till now, and I have not been receiving new emails either. The call centre is never answered, when you email they send an answer that could have been transmitted from MARS! Really all I need is my mail now! Can someone just move over the emails from the old server to the new one, that's not too much to ask really?!
