Last week I posted a complaint on Hello Peter and the following day Cell C responded saying that they will get in contact with me... it's been a week and I am still waiting for that phone call!

There is no 3G signal on my iphone5 in Sunninghill, I cannot make or receive any calls, sms's, emails and my internet doesn't work. I have reported my case to the call center and they gave me a reference number, after no one phoned me (on the alternative number that I gave them) I phoned back to follow up and they told me that my reference number does not exist?! I didn't even consider cancelling my contract with Cell C, but after the bad service from the call center I really want to. I also requested for a booster to be installed and no one has gotten back to me about that either. Why must I pay a lot of money every month for a service that doesn't work? Which brings me to my second point, they bill me incorrect amounts every single month? If my contract is for R399 per month and I do not over exceed my minutes, data or sms's, how can I be billed more than R399 per month? Please tell me what I am supposed to do as I am so frustrated with the Cell C call center.
