Ten days ago I reported on week four of Altech Autopages pathetic service as far as upgrading my wife's phone is concerned. I must say that we got a total of three phone calls following on my previous complaint via Hello Peter, but STILL no phone even though it has allegedly been invoiced out to our account. And there is no way one can get through to the MD Mr Boyd Chislett so that one can tell him how badly his company's service is. Talk about hiding behind the pawns!
