2 Weeks No Delivery after Promising Eevery Day

I ordered a phone from Vodacom Direct on Wednesday 10 July. After they told me i will get a phone call the same day for confirmation i only got confirmation on the Thursday 15.50. The on Friday i was told the phone would be delivered the Monday. Tuesday 16 July i phoned to ask about my package and heard there was no stock and that stock is only coming in the Wednesday i will get my package the Thursday (this is one week after confirmation, and also no-one told me about they didn't have stock because then i could've taken another phone. Friday 19July still no phone. I phoned to cancel the order but they told me that i couldn't cancel because there is already a waybill allocated to my name. And that the phone would definitely be delivered Monday. When i phone today Monday 22/07.2013 i heard that my phone would be delivered the next day. This is ridiculous. I would rather cancel this order.
