After trying to have my issue resolved via your call centre, I went into the Pavilion branch in KZN.
Some service person who had no name plate walked upto me not really interested in my query.
I informed him of my issue. He then grabbed my phone, played with it clearly not knowing what he was doing.
He then said I must phone the call centre.
I then called them and after speaking to three different agents the issue is still not resolved
I demand that this issue is resolved
