I would like to acknowledge Alister Clay who assisted me this morning with a data bundle which I purchased yesterday and was not reflecting in my account. I called the Vodacom contact centre many times and did experience a bit of bad attitude and no help what so ever. After being lucky enough to have my call directed to him this morning, my data bundle issue was resolved and with a great attitude none the less. I hope that Vodacom values this member of staff and that he is well acknowledged for the outstanding service provided, I think that this guy should be training the rest of the call centre staff
