After speaking to this woman, she apologized and said she would take the necessary steps with the customer service team. The service is bad from the lowest to the highest rank. She felt she apologized and that I, like many other customers spend alot of money of data and airtime. That I clearly dont deserve anything for this complaint. I have been dealing with cellc for a long time and the service is always I just never said anything. I will take this to the papers if a more senior person with a better attitude and some compensation for all this calls me. Even this complaint is costing data that I had to buy
