Cell Cs C-Cover discontinued without my knowledge

I renewed/upgraded a control chat contract some time in April or May 2012 with a knowledge of my phone being covered by cell c's C-Cover which covers /loss of the phone. i lost my phone in Dec 2012 and when i called i was told that my phone was not covered at all and that the Cell C C-Cover is no more there and they are using a third party insurance company. i was never informed of any of this changes all this time i thought i was covered, i feel that Cell C bridged our contract which had a C-Cover in it. they are scamsters this network, thinking of cancelling all my contracts with them
