A month ago I purchased prepaid Cell C Data bundle package that suppose to provide Data Broad Band @ High Speeds. In all those weeks I find that those speeds are only pathetic, as seldom exceed 1 Gig. Since I had problems with the Internet connection I Ping Tested speeds several times and Download was never faster than 1 Gig and up loads bellow 1 Gig.
I send an email request on 15th of this month to please investigate and report about this problem but no one bothered from Customer Support to contact me back. If I could get them to refund me I would gladly take my money to some other service provider who cares about services, customers and the business. I wouldn't be able to advice anyone to waste its time and money with Cell C Data as they are terrible providers.
Right now I am unable to even file this complaint due to the "excellent" Cell C network.
