3G Disconnecting & Poor Signal

About a month ago (end May) we could get 4 bars WCDMA signal in our flat but it kept disconnecting. So I phoned 081 180 to see if they could help. It seemed that they did but then two days after their 'solution' we all of a sudden could not even get 1 bar of signal in our flat and we couldn't connect for longer than 1min before it disconnected. We could however get full (5 bars) signal by hanging the 3G model out the window. This worked perfectly until in July we all of a sudden could not stay connected for more than 1min again. So I phoned again and they sent out a technician. He came and checked and confirmed the signal was weak. A day later we could not even get 1 bar signal by hanging the 3G modem out the window and we can't even connect. It just connects for 1 second and then disconnects! So it appears every-time I report an issue the signal get worse, what should I do now!!!

Oh someone did phone to say it would be fixed in 2 months, but why did the signal disappear suddenly, we used to get great signal and download speeds.
