Cell C please cancel my contract. Failed to honou

On 30 April 2013, my contract with Cell C was activated. Only to find out that my area is not covered by the Cell C network. I have been trying to get them to help me (from 1 May 2013) but they refuse by telling me they are investigating, they are upgrading the base station. I have explained

I would like Cell C to cancel my contract. I am not getting value for my money. I have been inconvenienced long enough. I would like to get a contract with a reliable network and I cannot do this while I am still bound and paying Cell C. I am tired of repeating myself everyday to Cell C's consultants. I am also tired of calling Cell C's call centre with the same story to be given the same response by different people.

I really wanted to be with the Cell C network but they failed to honour their side of the contract.

They will be losing only one customer and I am sure it will not even put a dent on their profit.

With this, I humbly ask Cell C to release me from their network/contract.

Cell C:: Don't ask me to fill in the Network form again and don't tell me to wait for the outcome. I am tired and my reputation is on the line because of your network.
