Firstly, after joining Cell C, I found out that the package i am currently on, is not the package I had signed up for. This however is not to much of a concern to me but just the first of many things that Cell C has not delivered on.
Secondly, I have on two occassion requested that my cell phone statment be sent to me via email. This has still not happened.
Thirdly, and the most frustrating of all, is the poor and pathetic signal/network connection in my area. I have on a regular basis, dropped calls and failed calls. I go for lenghty periods without signal, that I cant make calls or receive calls. When I eventual do get signal, I am bombarded with voice messages, missed calls, sms, etc. Then there is the problem of the data connection. I struggle to use any app's that require data (whatsapp, emails, Internet, news), once again due to the poor network connection in the area.
I am Definitely not receiving the Service that Cell C so actively promote in their advertisiments. Please will someone contact me.
