Terribly disappointed in service

I cancelled my contract with MTN, and decided to port over to Vodacom hoping that I would receive better service... unfortunately NOT. I applied for a new phone contract on Monday, I was told that it's approved & I should receive it by Wednesday. When I called yesterday to track the delivery, I was told that it hasn't yet even been sent to the couriers yet, as nobody from their 'confirmations department' has called me yet. I was not told that this was part of the process. On top of that, nobody knows if the email was even sent to the confirmations department to call me, or when I will receive this call to confirm my contract. When I called this morning again, I was told that the lady who helped me yesterday wasn't at her desk, so she couldn't be asked if she sent the email. I was told they would find out & get back to me... 2 1/2 hours later, and still no call. Why do you advertise online 'free delivery if confirmed before noon" when it obviously isn't the case???
