I have been trying to resolve my account with Vodacom for over a year, I continue to call to try and sort it out, spoken to legal client liaison officers, been into Vodacom head office where I spoke to Babs in accounts and Ulandi in legal... to no avail!!! And now with them listing me on ITC it's causing havoc in my life! My car got and I cannot buy a new one thanks to this situation!!! It's not fair that I get treated like this, and it's against the consumers act! Account issues are supposed to be resolved in 31 days, this has been going on since June 2012!!! I want everyone to know how Vodacom treats its long standing good customers (I was with Vodacom for over 10 years) when Vodacom makes a mistake on a customer's account! And they then up your credit rating!!!
