PHONECALLS FOR ACCOUNTS THAT IS NOT OUTSTANDING!!!

29 October 2010 we cancelled our cell phone contract as well as debit order. To our surprise, 15 April 2011, 6 MONTHS LATER we receive a statement from Altech Autopage in the amount of R926-24 for Pooosh. On 15 April 2011 I contacted Altech Autopage and they confirmed that the account will be credited and closed. On 29 April 2011 we received a sms confirming that the account has been credited. THAT NIGHT THE DEBIT ORDER STILL WENT THROUGH!!! Who gave Autopage authorisation to use a debit order that was cancelled??? Now 2 YEARS LATER we are receiving phone calls from Altech Autopage demanding that R926-24!! No matter how you try to explain to them, they don't want to or can't understand!
Then we made the stupid mistake of taking out 2 new contracts in 2012. We have a 200 Topup. Everything went fine, our account was R487-00 each month until our account was debited with R700.39 May 2013, and R643-50 and again 1 June 2013 R634-00. I contacted Altech Autopage on 17 May 2013. We are being charged for something that was sold over the phone. I want to hear that phone conversation where I requested this. They keep on crediting this, but we keep on being debited on our bank account!
