The Worst Possible Service and Attitude

I have two accs with the above company. Both my cellphones are faulty and for the last two months I have been trying.. on a daily basis to sort out my phones. I have gotten no-where extremely fast and no one will put me through to a person that can take authority to sort this problem out. I have made about R 300 of calls to date. I leave between 2 and 3 msgs a day and they just ignore me. The accs are promptly send out to receive payment, but there is no help when you have problems. I called again to speak to a director BUT they will not put me through. I have been a client for more than 12 years. I pay for a contract and the last 6 months they have not even given me the correct amount of free minutes that I pay for. I have received the WORST possible service from them and when I suggested that they should rather cancel my contracts they still even want more money from me for cancelation fees!!! They don't give proper service, ignore my calls, ignore my pleas for help for something that I pay for and still they want to milk me for even more money after the I have gone through in the last 2 months. I can only state that this is the worst service I have ever had!!!
