Why Stay with Cell C and or Nashua Mobile

The Questions Actually is NOT why have you not changed to Cell C but actually why the should you stay or change to Cell C?

In fairness I am actually not sure who to blame whether it be Cell C or Nashua Mobile so I shall incorporate both into the complaint.

I have been due for an upgrade since April 2013. On Saturday 6 July I go to the Nashua Mobile Store at the Blairgowrie Plaza and I go through the upgrade process on my Cell C contract.
It Turned out that was I entitled to a Samsung Galaxy S4 and I was delighted. It was explained to me that a new micro sim was needed and it would be switched on and put on the network during the course of the week (being the week of 8 July 2013). I felt that was reasonable and since my old phone would still work I had no problem. At the time of upgrading I was informed that there was an error with loading the request for upgrade and that the problem would be sorted out on Monday 8 July 2013. I even got sms confirmation from the Nashua Mobile Store that the request to correct the error had been forwarded to the powers that be. Well today is 17 July 2013 - 12 days after I have upgraded and I am still not connected to ANY network Cell C
