Never heard a response from hellopeter agent

As spoke to Client Liaison agent of hellopeter Brian Maleka on the 05.07.13 was advised that he will speak to hes manager regarding dispute with Altech autopage of receiving a bill R2484.72 which as explained to agent that as dealing directly with manager Candice at Altech autopage Kenilworth Centre. As purchasing a Samsung S4 and moving over to the Smart S was not advised that applications would be running all day everyday as it will get billed as manager never even switched on mobile in store as i was in a hurry, so as there was no way she couldve showed me where to switch off applications that will be billed. Highly dissapointed in the service not alone by the store but want to make a formal complaint against agent of Hellopeter. Even after emailing agent a week after the 05.07.13 no outcome has occured. If issue not dealt with will be taking not alone Hellopeter but Altech autopage to Trading standards. Hope to get a outcome as soon as possible.
