I Recently took out a Cell C Contract which came with a free 3G modern with 3 gig once off data, on the call i asked to keep my number, when i got the contract package my number was not ported as they rica'd the wrong number it took 15 calls to solve this, today i try to use the 3G modern and have made 8 calls within an hour only to be laughed at and have the call dropped, they now cannot activate this sim card and want me to do a sim swap, what the is the purpose of them sending me a sim card if they (the people the sim belongs to) cannot activate it. Also Mr Alan Knott - Craig, i manager large call centres in South Africa and this i my career and passion you should really higher me and i will turn your pathetic call centre around and get rid of all your staff and managers who apparently all are on calls at the same time when i asked to speak to them, Cell C please note i will cancel my debit order and please arrange for the package to be picked up, if my credit is impacted due to this i will sue Cell C, CPA is good and help with bad service also i manage call centres that deal with most networks and you service is disgusting.
