Incorrectly explained system package

I was contacted by Zimkita from Nxatel 2 months ago regarding a Nxatel System Package for the amount of R399 per month I was told the call rate would be less and that the complete package consisted of ADSL being installed my current phone line would still be able to be used and that obviously the package would then include fax to email as well as different email account

This is now 2 months later as I said my system is still not up and running and the adsl line is now apparently not included and a extra monthly fee now also needs to be deducted.

Nxatel has however already deducted the installation fee of more than R1600.00 as well as a monthly premium of R454 that is more than R2000 that has been deducted and still I am not able to use this system.

I would like to know how nxatel will resolve this matter and would in actual fact like to be refunded and the non working system should be removed from my premises and I should be refunded as Nxatel is obviously incapable of resolving this issue
